RETURNS POLICY
Returns must be made within 15 days of the goods being received.
Unfortunately, once this period is passed no refunds or exchanges can be accepted. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new and unused condition, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. For all enquiries, email info@yniform.com.
Please do not send your purchase back, without previous approval from YNIFORM.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return.
Once inspected, we will advise if your return has been approved for a refund based on the condition of the order. Please allow 48 business hours for processing.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Sale items
Only full priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please email info@yniform.com with your order details and exchange requirements. Items can only be exchanged for sizing. Once your exchange is approved, mail all items to PO BOX 7248, Alexandria, 2015, Australia.
Shipping
To return your product, please email info@yniform.com for return approval. Once approved, mail your items to PO BOX 7248, Alexandria, 2015, Australia.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The processing time for returns may vary dependent on your location.
